Hide And Seek (Partial)I’m making an arrangement of Imogen Heap’s Hide and Seek for string quartet. Attached is an audio clip of the first section of the piece… I’m pretty happy with it so far. Pardon the crappy midi instrumentation, I am cheap and just have the basic instruments. There’s a few doublestop moments in there, and the first violin is up to a G above the staff at the highest section so far. In the key of C to allow the cello & viola pedal Cs

I think I’m going to start recording each piece I work on at the end of my practice sessions, and then keep tossing ‘em up here. Probably won’t be able to keep all of them up on the blog, but I do have quite a bit of webhosting space that I’m not using, so who knows.
Today’s recording was more Kreutzer 10. I worked some more on #13, but need to work some things out with it yet. Working on 14 also, but that still needs LOTS of work.

These are file recordings of me playing parts of Kreutzer 13 - they’re still rough, I still need lots of practice on them, but since I’m going to be listening to them at school and at home I figured it made the most sense to throw ‘em on a pate i can get to from both places (unlike the student drive at school).
